Tiggress's Lair
Hi, my name is Brenda. My interest and hobbies.
I guess I will start out with a little information about myself. I was born on August 29, 1959 in Lawrence Co. Kentucky and when I was two months old my parents moved to Columbus, Ohio where I lived for the first thirteen years of my life. At the age of thirteen my father took a job back in Kentucky. I got married at the age of fourteen and was married for twenty-three years. I had four beautiful children from this union. Two boys and two girls. I have been divorced now for two years and I love my freedom. I find it very hard at times to be a single parent but I struggle through each day and become a little stronger. I am a secretary and right now working for a temp agency until I can find a permanent position with a good company. This is my first time trying to create a web page so if you find any mistakes please let me know. I am always open to any help or suggestion that you have to offer.

 		I have various interests and hobbies. I love fishing and camping. I find these two things very relaxing when the world comes crashing down on me. I can go and toss a line in the water and sit back and relax. I enjoy that peacefulness that I derive from it. I also love music and dancing. I go out almost every weekend to our local night club and dance the night away. Music and dancing seem to be in my blood. When I hear a good beat my body just starts moving. I guess having teenagers keeps me in the thick of today's music so I get to experience a variety of all types . Next, In the past several years I have recently become facinated with the Native American culture. I want to learn all there is to know about it. I have started my own Native American collection and find it very pleasurable. I guess because I have just a touch of Native American in me. Last but not least is my fascination with the computer..lol...or more like the chat programs. I have been connected to the internet for a little over six months now and I love it. I am addicted to icq and meeting new friends. I go by the name sleeper on icq and Tiggress^ and JungleCat on mIRC. The reason for the name of my web page. I feel drawn to the cat family. They are a sleek sophistacated animal. I love how they roam through the jungle. I have made so many friends from all over the world on here and it is just so nice to be able to know that you have made friends...maybe for life...on here. Well that has pretty much covered my interest and hobbies.
My Family
As I stated eariler, my family means everything to me. I have four very beautiful children and two wonderful grandchildren and another one on the way. I will take a few minutes to tell you about each one of my children. Mark is my oldest son and he is married with two children Alex who is 5 yrs old and Ashley who is 3 yrs old. He and his wife are expecting another child around the first of the year. A new century baby. Mark is 25 yrs old and is a manager for a resturant. My oldest daughter Christina is getting her bachelor degree as a social worker and holds down a full time job with a foster care program. Chirstina is 22 yrs old. My youngest daughter Desiree is going into her second year of college. She is working on becoming a registered nurse. She has put us through several scares in her life. I almost lost her when she was 4 yrs old when she was struck by a car. Then in her last year of high school she came down sick and the doctors at first thought she might have lymphoma, a type of cancer. We were lucky though and it didn't turn out to be cancer but she does have ITP. Desiree is 20 yrs old. M youngest son Brian is in his first year of high school. He is your typical teenage boy. He likes to play football, pool and all the other typical teenage stuff. Especially girls...lol...it is so hard being a single parent of teenagers. Brian is 16 yrs old. The picture here that I have on my web page is a recent family portrait that I had taken. I only have my three youngest children in it. Desiree is the brunette and Christina is the blonde. Brian is sitting beside of me in the front. I am proud of each one of my children they are very supportive to me and we have become even closer in the past two yrs since my divorc. I couldn't ask for better kids. Well I guess I have exhusted you all with this talk so I will let you go for now.
